FlackTek Inc. used to be a distributor of the Hauschild SpeedMixer®. The devices sold by FlackTek are one of the numerous copies of the Hauschild SpeedMixer®.
Quality, reliability and accuracy are key reasons why the Hauschild SpeedMixer® has become a staple in R&D labs and production facilities around the world. The Hauschild SpeedMixer® has proven time and again to mix a variety of materials quickly and bubble-free in convenient disposable containers.
The quality, accuracy and reliability of a Hauschild SpeedMixer® reduces the time to complete laboratory tests and makes daily lab work much more efficient and effective, helping companies save time and money.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® mixes any kind of material in any form: fluids, pastes or powders. It grinds pigments or any other material which particles’ size needs to be reduced. It can also disperse, create emulsions and degas.
Depending on the type of material and the Hauschild SpeedMixer® model and configuration, it is possible to mix a few grams up to 10 kg per batch.

The number represents the maximum mixing capacity in grams for a specific Hauschild SpeedMixer® model. For example, Hauschild SpeedMixer® DAC 400.1 FVZ means that the machine can mix up to 400 grams including the mixing container, the holder and/or the adapter, and the material. Although often a few seconds are enough, the mixing time required usually does not exceed five minutes depending on the material and Hauschild SpeedMixer® model.

No, cleaning is not required after mixing because the Hauschild SpeedMixer® uses disposable or reusable jars/containers.

When used regularly in a laboratory, Hauschild SpeedMixer® machines require minimum maintenance, typically every two or three years.
The combination and ratio among mixing speed, arm radius and available volume is what makes the Hauschild SpeedMixer® the most efficient dual asymmetric centrifuge mixer on the market.

Our PP cups are made of polypropylene.

Any material that represents a threat, such as flammable, explosive or toxic substances, cannot be mixed in a regular or standard Hauschild SpeedMixer®. Hauschild Engineering has developed customized devices for some of these applications. Contact Us for more on our custom remote controlled configurations for handling explosive/flammable materials.
